Very pleased that the Niwa House, by Takero Shimzaki architects, won the Private Housing Project of the Year award at the Structural Timber Awards last week. Xylotek delivered the glulam oak frame, working with engineer Webb Yates on the technical detailing, and carrying out the installation in its tight London site.
