Osnaburgh Pavilions have been shortlisted for the Project of the Year award at the Structural Timber Awards. The commission came from British Land, and the execution was carried out by Xylotek and the project team (Nex-, Maylim, and Format Engineers), resulting in three captivating oak lattice structures at the Regents Place office campus in London.
Xylotek’s role in bringing this vision to life was timber detailing, fabrication, and pavilion installation.
Designed to draw people in from Osnaburgh Street, the pavilions increase in size from west to east and serve various purposes, from gathering spaces to a tiered performance area for local theater groups.
We expresses genuine gratitude for the dedication and creativity of the talented project team, whose hard work has earned this recognition.
